We are cosmic beings on a human journey, and I’m here to teach you how to know your soul in the most empowering way possible.



My Journey with Astrology

Growing up, I was always an emotional, sensitive person, deeply in touch with my feelings but often overwhelmed by them. My emotions felt like waves crashing over me. When I discovered astrology, I realized that my Aquarius Moon wasn’t a weakness—it was my superpower. It allows me to care deeply for the collective while honoring my boundaries.

Astrology helped me step out of victimhood. I learned to honor my emotions, channel my energy, and help others heal and succeed. As I aligned with my Sagittarius North Node, I discovered my soul’s purpose—to teach, guide, and remind others of the beautiful power within.

Astrology & Yoga

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 12 years, and my fascination with the planets runs just as deep. To me, yoga and astrology are intertwined—both about discovering and honoring the connection between the body, the mind, and the cosmos. My power vinyasa classes push you to your physical limits, helping you shed what no longer serves you so you can soften and explore your inner world.

Astrology reveals the divine order of the cosmos, while yoga brings that divine order into the body. Through my work, I help you align with this energy—within yourself and with the universe.
We’ll work together to peel back the layers, step into your power, and awaken your divine potential.

On The Mat:

Vinyasa Class:  In my Power Vinyasa classes, you'll find a dynamic, flowing practice designed to push you to your edge. The class may be heated, but it's always rooted in compassion and curiosity. Through creative sequences and a variety of postures, we move with the breath, exploring new depths in your practice. Expect movement, sweat, and the opportunity to try things you once thought were impossible. I infuse each class with the same curiosity that inspires me—sharing the joy of pushing past limits to reach new possibilities.

We end every session with a restorative practice to balance out the body and mind after all the energy and movement, leaving you feeling both strong and deeply relaxed.

Slow Flow Vinyasa: While Slow Flow Vinyasa maintains the flow and energy of a traditional vinyasa class, we move at a slower pace. This allows you to sink deeper into each pose, really letting the magic and benefits land in your body. You’ll still experience a challenging, mindful workout, but there’s ample time to explore each posture, cultivate breath awareness, and find stillness within the flow.

This class is about patience and presence, encouraging you to meet your practice with gentleness while still feeling the full impact of each pose.
