All About Me
My Journey Back to Myself
I’ve always been a deep feeler. Very emotional, sensitive and intuitive. I could sense everything, but I didn’t always know what to do with it. My emotions felt like waves crashing through me, and for a long time, I thought they made me weak, dramatic, or broken.
Astrology changed that.
When I started learning about my birth chart: I realized there was a reason I experienced the world the way I did. I wasn’t “too much.” I was built to feel deeply and hold perspective, to guide others while still honoring my own edges.
Yoga gave me a way to live that understanding in my body. It taught me that truth doesn’t always come through thinking. Sometimes it comes through breath, sweat, stillness, and release. On the mat, I learned how to stay with myself instead of escape.
These two practices, astrology and yoga, became my anchor points. They helped me move from reaction to response, from self-abandonment to self-trust. They gave me language. They gave me breath.
Over time, I saw that movement, mindfulness, and astrology aren’t separate tools. They’re part of the same sacred remembering. Each one helps peel back a layer. Each one brings you closer to the truth of who you are.
And that’s what I want to offer you:
The space to feel. The space to see clearly.
The space to return
Why Astrology
Astrology isn’t about predicting the future, it’s about seeing clearly. It’s a cosmic mirror.
Through your chart, we explore your patterns, your gifts, your wounds, your timing. It’s practical and intuitive. Grounded and spiritual. And it’s one of my favorite ways to help people say “ohhhh, that’s why I’m like this.”
My readings blend emotional insight with grounded, clear reflection. You’ll walk away feeling seen, empowered, and reconnected to yourself.

Why Yoga
Yoga is the practice that brings me home to my breath.
It’s not about performance, it’s about presence.
My Power Vinyasa classes are strong and clearing. We move with purpose, intention and always with heart.
I've been teaching yoga for over 12 years, and it’s still the most reliable way I know to move through grief, joy, change, and growth.
Why Fitness
This is a newer offering for me, but a longtime love.
Strength training, TRX, HIIT… these are more than workouts. They're rituals of resilience.
Pushing your body helps quiet your mind.
Hitting your edge shows you what’s still alive underneath the noise.
We aren't here to escape the body, we’re here to meet it. To feel strong, clear, and powerful in our skin.
Because your body is not separate from your soul. It's the vessel that carries it.
My Philosophy
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all spirituality.
Some days, alignment looks like pulling tarot under the moon.
Other days, it looks like holding a plank until your whole body shakes.
The Wild Hearth is where all those versions of you are welcome.
We peel back the layers.
We breathe. We move. We reflect.
We come home.
You’ve had the power all along.
I’m just here to help you remember it.
